At Letterland, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure your garments are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your portal confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
